1. Who processes the data

2. Data we collect
When you browse the site, technical data necessary to deliver the service may be processed, including request logs, security information and session identifiers. If you voluntarily submit the contact form, we process the information you enter: name, email, company/organisation, role, interest, optional message, consent choices and campaign parameters where present.
The Ready Check may store company sector, size, answers, score and a pseudonymous session hash. Do not enter confidential, special-category or unnecessary personal data in free-text fields.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- operate, secure and maintain the website;
- respond to or manage a contact request;
- measure interest in features and improve the product;
- send product updates only where optional marketing consent has been given;
- prevent abuse and protect the service.
The applicable legal basis depends on the activity and may include steps taken at the user's request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, and consent where required.
4. Microsoft Clarity and analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity only after analytics consent. Clarity can collect interaction and device/browser information, generate heatmaps and session recordings, and use cookies or similar identifiers where consent allows. The Clarity project used by this site is configured through project ID ynh81g16jz. You can reject analytics and later change your preference from the footer.

5. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, analytics and technical service providers acting under their respective roles. The final production list of processors and any transfers outside the EEA should be verified and documented before publication.
6. Retention
Analytics-related internal records are configured for approximately 180 days unless a different period is required. Contact leads are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the request, product interest and any consented communications, subject to legal obligations and deletion requests.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
8. Cookies and consent
